April 16th 2016 – Positive Steps hosted its second Murder Mystery evening … this time it was 1953 … the year of the coronation of our great Queen Elizabeth II! A truly vintage experience from beginning to end… after exchanging pounds for old pennies, much fun was had by all trying their luck on different stalls and games, with winners receiving fizzy Sherbert Dip-Dabs – and Candy Floss was another sweet reminder of English traditions!
Another brilliant performance and story from the Valley Players – all of us were trying to work out who did it and why! A really fun evening, leaving us all looking forward to the next one! Thank you so much to everyone who made the night such a success – especially the ‘Valley Players’ and Brad from Delaware foods who sourced wonderful cheeses from ‘Hawkridge Farmhouse Dairy Produce’ (http://www.hawkridge.uk.com/)”. Also, a huge thank you to those Positive Steps friends who organised the event, food and drink, and most of all to all you lovely people who joined us! We raised a huge £1,400 for the charity and we will keep you posted on how this money will be used in Malawi. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
