Two of the Positive Step team have just returned from a short visit to beautiful Malawi. The team at Nkhoma Hospital once again welcomed us with open arms. Major power and water shortages have not had an effect on the brilliant things that happen there, some of which Positive Steps are proud to be a very small part of.
The team met some wonderful people, doing difficult jobs with limited resources, but all of them were very positive that they can make a difference and very grateful for all that Positive Steps are doing. Being on the ground in Nkhoma allowed us to follow up on the charity’s projects and see exactly how all the money raised is being spent.
A small amount of money can make a real difference in Malawi and we will be reporting on the visit over the forthcoming months.
